Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn thermostat to 78 degrees Return keys as instructed by owner on day of departure.
Cleaning service will strip beds.
Trash removed to outside commercial tote as needed throughout stay and completely removed upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1.Extended stays will require additional weekly cleaning fee of $175. per week. 2. No fishing groups, house parties or hosted events permitted.
All interior trash must be removed to exterior commercial bin provided by owner. All dirty dishes/supplies must be washed and cleaned before checkout.
More than 2guests is an upcharge of $75 pernight perperson. Max overnight guests is a firm 4. All guests must provide their full name upon booking.
