Ocean View White Cottage Walk to Town, Beach Pass Included

This ocean view cottage is directly across the street from the beach. Bring your Surf or Paddle Boards!!!! And walk down (200 yards) your semi-private path (shared with only four homes) to one of the most pristine white sandy beaches in Montauk. Imagine not having to deal with Ditch Plains parking! But a Beach pass is included ($500 value) to explore other Town ocean and bay beaches as permitted! This cottage with two bedrooms has an updated open living and dining area. It's a short distance to town (you can walk) and is near some of the best restaurants. It's beautifully decorated and includes TV and WiFi for remote work. Ideal for couples or small families. There is outdoor furniture, a table for 6, and a Nexgrill gas grill.

7-night rentals begin Friday at 4 pm and end the following Friday at 11:00, except for Monthly rentals. 3-6 night rentals end on a Friday or a Monday.

Sorry, no pets at all including dogs.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Montauk your search has ended. This is a gorgeous house with a wonderful view and great location. It has a very well stocked and spacious kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. The location is prime you can walk to beach or into town. You will not regret booking this gem.

There is no other place I would want to stay at in Montauk. Jeanne is the best host and has the most wonderful cottages. I love vintage and this is a true slice of old Montauk. Beautiful views, perfect location, amazing beach access and the wonderful old world feel of the cottage is truly the icing on the cake!

Delightful beach cottage

Spent a relaxing long weekend at the cottage. Well done renovation that blends the vintage charm with modern kitchen and bath. We cooked most meals in well equipped kitchen. Ideal for small family or friends who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Location right on Old Montauk Highway so took multiple beach walks. If there for longer, might rent bikes to ease getting into town as parking gets nuts.

Not much effort was put into making the house charming. Two lights in one of the bedrooms did not work. But the location of the house was key..right across the street from a lovely stretch of beach which we enjoyed very much.
