Great location. Lots of room. Everything was clean and well stocked. I loved that it had a single serve Kuerig to keep things simple. I’m glad I read in another review that the main bedroom has a skylight so I brought a sleep mask. Loved that we were able to use the garage since it makes loading and unloading with kids easier. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our Texas family.

Great stay!!

We had a great stay in Aubrey thanks to an attentive host and attention to details including well- stocked essentials (a nice surprise that many homes do not have!) and a great location for what we needed to do. We felt safe and at home while staying at this cozy home near Denton. We would definitely stay here again. - m and maybe we will make it to the pool next time! Thank you for being a terrific host!

We stayed with family of five with three adults two 11 yr old boys. Home location was great right next to a pond that had good fishing and lots of turtles. We enjoyed hours just fishing off the dock. Trail around pond was good for a morning walk. Home was clean, plenty of dishes, cookware, kerig coffee. We had a few questions and Stephanie was always helpful. We ourselves would stay here again and would recommend to others.

We loved the home. The right amount of space for us. We were doing a staycation since we are from FTW. I would have liked a more robust kitchen in the utensils arena. We used the kitchen every day for breakfast and dinner and we felt it was lacking, but I also know it’s not my home. The Keurig was a challenge. Still overall it was great. Thank you

Beautiful home with plenty of room

The home was clean, beautiful and spacious. Everything was as described with the exception of a skylight directly over the master bed. Thankfully, I brought a sleep mask. Won’t be a problem for early risers. The small, fenced backyard was perfect for our little pup to go out quickly and safely. There is also a nice, big pond with a walking path around it right outside. Would stay here again. Stephanie was quick to respond and helpful. Thanks, Stephanie!

Great place for families

My family accompanied my husband on a work trip so we needed a place with ample space to fit a family of 6. This place had more than enough room and was situated at the end of a street next to the lake which was beautiful. The garage even fit our large suburban which was a nice surprise and made us feel very safe. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. More than enough linens, towels and supplies were provided in the house. Communication with the host was easy and prompt throughout our stay. Having access to both pools was very nice - they’re beautiful and a great way to end the day. I am guessing this is a newer VRBO rental so my one suggestion would be to right-size the amount of dishware/cutlery with the Larger size of the rental and to provide larger pots/pans for the size of family that may be staying. Other than that it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Dallas!

Worst experience I’ve had

Check-in was three hours late because they had to deep clean. When we get there all the furniture and carpet is soaking wet from them cleaning it. After driving 17 hours overnight, we couldn’t even sit down and relax. I reached out to the property manager, and her response was to sit on a towel, there was six of us staying there and only seven towels total, three of them being wet in the washer still. Also, when we arrived, the dishes were still in the dishwasher that I had to put up. The washer and dryer were both going, with the dryer, having a huge comforter in it that took forever to dry. So I had to do dishes and laundry that wasn’t even ours when we arrived. The trashcan outside was overflowing trash blowing down the alley. We were there for my daughter‘s wedding and we couldn’t even take her dress out of the bag because the carpet was soaked. It is not very well stocked in the kitchen area and the Keurig was nonfunctional. It is a beautiful home, but I feel that the property manager or owner was not prepared for our visit and I would’ve rather them cancel my reservation.

The home is beautiful decorated. The pictures cannot do it justice. The host has thought of anything you could possibly need. The master is huge with a view of the beautiful lake. The master bath and closet was amazing! As my son lives in Dallas this will definitely be the home we will ever want to stay in.
