'Sea La Vie is perfect for relaxing, dining and enjoying the most gorgeous sunsets. Designed for 1 or 2 couples, or a family of 4, (maximum of 4 people) you will enjoy this beautiful, fully equipped waterfront home located on the rocks of the Caribbean Sea with a concrete pad for sun bathing and steps built into the rocks leading into the sea to fish from.
Sea La Vie is a single story home with 2 master bedrooms (one with an on-suite bathroom and the other with a screened in porch) and 2 bathrooms. It is modern and fully equipped with the following features:
• Fully air-conditioned, local hand-crafted cypress cabinets, tall, natural cypress ceilings throughout, kitchen appliances (gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, hand mixer, blender, refrigerator, dishwasher) granite counter tops, under counter lighting, dining seating for 8, comfortable furniture, solid doors, ceiling fans, crown molding, Smart TV with BTC FLOW programming,
DVD and Stereo systems, safes in each bedroom closet, back porch deck furniture, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, screened doors and windows free local calling & wifi.

Another awesome stay

This was our second time staying at Sea La Vie and there will be a third. The location is fantastic and so private. The house is clean and feels like home. We used the tv to watch Netflix in the evening and had relaxing mornings drinking coffee overlooking the ocean. Perfection!!

A much needed respite

After battle ins COVID stateside for the last 2 years my girlfriend and I needed a break. Randy has created a paradise within a paradise. The fresh sea breeze and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves was therapeutic. This house features new appliances, architectural gems such as vaulted cedar ceilings, a resort style shower and still captures the authenticity of the island. Randy is by far one of the best hosts we’ve ever worked with and goes out of his way to ensure your stay is perfect. 10/10 Randy. Thank you!

Randy and Judy Chavis built this home in 2014. Our boys have been swimming in Eleuthera Beaches since they were 8 years old.

Why they chose this property

We spent our honeymoon in Eleuthera 28 years ago and fell in love with the island/people and decided to build a home here. We walk sometimes into town to have coffee at Da Perk or just to go for stroll along the ocean.
