You'll have access to all parts of the home with the exception of two of the three closets in the master suite, and a locked cabinet in the garage.
Other things to note
You will need a car to get around as there is no public transportation nearby. The nearest Publix is only 2 miles away. Matlacha has small shops and good restaurants. Great place to walk through a quaint water community. There are bike paths that run throughout Cape Coral in case you bring your bike. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are boats for rent at Burnt Store Marina and Cape Harbour. The nearest beach is the Cape Coral Beach located in the "Yacht Club" neighborhood in the SE section of Cape Coral. There is a ferry that makes daily trips to Cayo Costa State Park which is a boat access-only island located in Bokeelia. Beautiful beach for shelling! Cape Coral has 4 beautiful golf courses, and 1 on Pine Island.
