About this property

This property is ready to book. No damage due to Hurricane but the owners have updated with New paint throughout and New tile flooring throughout. We do not have updates photos yet but the house looks amazing!

If you are looking for a vacation home that feels like home with a view that is drop dead gorgeous then you have found the right place. This is a split plan, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage with a heated pool for extra enjoyment. In addition we have a fenced yard for your pets.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom has a king size bed, with a queen in one guest room and twins in the other guest. The sofa is brand new and pulls out to a queen sofa for additional guest. We are ready for your friends and family with an outside relaxing area that has a propane grill for cooking out and if you are not boating yourself you can watch the boating traffic. There is a dock to tie up your rental boat and we are only 1 bridge out to the river and then you are on your way for a day of fun on the water. Several restaurants and bars to stop at within 30 minutes of leaving the home by water. We can accommodate for shorter stays please call directly: five six one nine two seven seven three five zero.

This home is right off the main road of DelPrado Blvd so restaurants, bars, entertainment and shopping are all 5-10 minutes away. The Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach and restaurant are 10 minutes down the road with Ft Myers Beach just 30 minutes away.

Great Pool

Our stay was great - we did have a few questions / concerns upon arriving and Cindy the property manager took care of them quickly even though it was after normal business hours. The property had everything we needed and the Pool area was fantastic.
