This property features 9 Ring exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a doorbell device near the front door facing the entryway. Camera 2 is a floodlight device at the garage door facing the street. Cameras 3 and 4 are floodlights on the left side of the house facing the fence. Camera 5 is a floodlight at the back of the house facing the lake. Cameras 6 and 7 are in the lanai facing the back door. Camera 8 is a floodlight at the back of the house facing the lake. Camera 9 is a floodlight on the right side of the house facing the fence. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. We had an excellent week in Cape Coral. The house was exactly as advertised and sparkling clean!! We only wish we had booked more than a week!! The place is well stocked and has lots of space. We spent most time at the pool !! And love being on the canal and watching the birds and ducks. And of course the turtles. Convenient location to everything you want from the area. Love Cape Coral. Been coming for years. Thanks!
We enjoyed the house and the area. We wish that there were outdoor lounge chairs to sit in the sun. We bought one. A big disappointment was that we asked to have the pool heater turned on when the weather warmed up and the owner refused. Said we had to pay for the whole stay. That is not the way it is advertised. They instructions say a nightly fee, not a stay fee.

Master bedroom light switch not work all the time fan not work, fire alarm battery dead, toilet not flush right. Living room remote batteries dead. Contacted by emailmanager about heating pool no anwser for 18 hours finally I called and they answered. Front door handle not work correctly.

Your insights are invaluable, and we're committed to making necessary improvements. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!
Hi, although this is a nice property, we have several notable issues that you should be aware of and promptly address:
1. There is an ant problem in the kitchen, bedrooms (in multiple beds) and pool area. Entryway and couches also showed ant activity. The entry way also has a large amount of cob webs that are very noticeable.
**ROACHES WERE ALSO AN ISSUE IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. Toilet water flow is too low, in fact the master bath stopped up on us, forcing us to go out and and purchase a plunger to unstop it and continue using the toilet. We did not locate the plunger on site until after unclogging the toilet.
3. Guest bath toilet would not flush until we attached the chain to the handle.
3. There were not enough pots and pans to cook properly.
4. Not enough bath towels.
5. No cleaning solutions for counters, etc.
These issues made our stay less than pleasant and we will be submitting a review that captures our concerns and gives a candid rating on our experience.
Please have someone to call me regarding this issue and how to remedy the problem. I would like some form of refund.
