This is our fifth year in Aptos, and we have always wanted to stay at this house. This is a great house to share and can easily accommodate multiple families. Hosts are very friendly and communicative. Everything is clean and works as described. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful beach front home!! Heard waves crashing right out our back yard. Home was clean, comfortable and the communication with the host was excellent. Had a magical weekend with the whole family!!

Had a great time at the property. A little pricey for only two days. You can’t check in till three and there was not much flexibility, even though the house had been already cleaned. We could have gotten in 1.5 hours sooner. I tried to schedule it in advance because I had my 90 six-year-old mother. No effort was really put in. That was the disappointing part.

we had an excellent time at this beach house I was celebrating my 66th birthday with friends all good some suggestions to improve would be a new BBQ grill is needed (salt air) the master bathroom ceiling needs repainting the refrigerator left door needs slat that slides in frig is broken. Nothing major we got to wake up to the ocean everyday and went to sleep listening to the waves

We stayed four nights and had a fabulous time! The location is fantastic with views of the ocean that can’t be beat! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The living area was very spacious and quite comfortable. The bedrooms were also spacious and well appointed with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were nice and there were plenty of them! There were games and plenty of beach toys for the kids. The patio had plenty of seating for enjoying our morning coffee. We had excellent communication from our host from the moment we booked our trip all the way through our check out. Though we didn’t need anything during our stay, it was nice to know we could reach out if necessary. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Beachhouse

Overall our stay was very nice. The only thing we had an issue with was the barbeque... it didn't work at all. When I messaged the host about it she stated to switch out the propane tanks but they were both empty, not to mention the unit was very old and overflowing grease from the bottom that stained the concrete.A neighbor was kind enough to let us use their charcoal barbeque for our stay when she noticed how difficult of a time that we were having with ours.

Great location

Great location.. on the beach. Property manager is very strict on check in/out time which is ok but I was given a non working access code and it took 2 phone calls to get a correct one as cell service is very poor. House was clean enough several cobwebs nited in bedroooms. More disturbing was the upstairs bedroom lanais with ocean views did not have any furniture and the photos on the vrbo site show lovely furniture. Plus the windows were so filthy one could not see the ocean. The location made up for our inconveniences.. Tho when you are paying top dollar one does not expect to encounter the above....

Overpriced. Accommodations were good but not excellent. Although the main shower was inoperable, the property manager arranged for its repair. The owner needs to come up with a better plan for parking.
