This home is a new construction that was completed in 2023 so all furniture and amenities are brand new!

The house also features an outdoor shower (hot and cold) to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach. For the fishermen, the property includes a 12' fish cleaning station located on the ground level that has room for 4 fishermen to clean the day's catch at the same time!

The home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood of nicely appointed homes. Sunset Park, the premier public access beach park in Mexico Beach, is a quick couple of blocks walk from the home. The Mexico Beach playground is only 2 blocks from the house so it's easy access for the kids.

The home also features 1GB high speed wireless Internet.

Sitting atop pilings, the home boats beautiful and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the expansive back deck.

We used a rental management company in 2023 for our rentals but decided we were getting minimal value from them so we are now handling the rentals ourselves. Unfortunately all of the reviews for the home (we had more than a dozen 5 star reviews) no longer show on our listing since we had to create a new rental listing for the house in 2024.
