Mountain life in Sundance can be as simple and pure as you make it. Our Ridgetop cabin embodies this concept with the necessities of a happy comfortable life without the fluff. This is the perfect setting to escape the world we all live in. Relax in the hot tub while enjoying the views of Mt. Timpanogos or hang out on the porch with your favorite book and drink. There is a tipi next to the cabin on a wood platform with a full bed inside. The tipi is seasonal and removed in late fall until late spring. Summer nights get chilly but it is still a fun experience to sleep in a tipi in the mountains.

Whether you need a solo retreat, a romantic escape or a family getaway, Ridgetop will certainly meet all your needs.

The cottage is small but what it lacks in space, it makes up for in charm. Come slow yourself down and enjoy the simple life as it was intended to be- you won't regret it and will want to simplify your life after spending a little time here.

Spring Break 2022

Wonderful cabin! The pictures do not do it justice. Close to Sundance Mountain Resort and everything was hassle-free. Enjoyed the hot tub and cooked a bunch in the kitchen which is very well-appointed.

My daughter and children needed a getaway. We wanted sunshine, mountains, trees, water, adventure, relaxation and connection. We found all of those things and more at the Ridgetop property! Clean, innovatively decorated, well-appointed, well-stocked kitchen and lovely hot tub and views, we couldn't have been more happy.

Charming, peaceful, just perfect cottage

We had a great stay at this cottage. Our boys loved sleeping out in the teepee and I loved sitting on the lawn taking in the beautiful sights and sounds of nature. The kitchen was ready to be used and many of the basics were there. The management team was attentive and super responsive when a light fixture shattered and needed to be cleaned up. I would highly recommend this cottage for a peaceful retreat.

Cozy loudge in a winter wonderland!

Out stay with this provider was amazing! The house was clean and cozy. All the appliances and supplies were provided by the owner including wood and fire starters for the fireplace. All the instructions were very clear and the owner contacted us a few times to make sure everything is okay. Great experience!

Great place to get away

This is a great place to get away, but not too far from the city. The Teepee was fun and the hot tub was very clean. The lid was very heavy though. So we only were able to open it halfway. There are a few 7 foot+ large drop-offs down the rocky moutian side that do not have a railing or protection. I wouldn't recommend this property for people with small children.

Ridgetop really is a great private spot far enough away from everything but close to get to what you want when you want it. We are so sorry about the lid. We had been waiting for weeks for the new cover to arrive and it came in a week or so after you departed. It is now as it should have been for your stay and we apologize it wasn't replaced in time for your stay. Those tops absorb water over time and we hope that didn't take away too much from your stay. The decks around the hot tub and tipi are precarious and definitely something you would want to watch small children around. Thank you for sharing and hope we get you back this way sometime.

Sisters in Sundance Weekend

This was our second sisters weekend in Sundance. Last year we stayed at the resort, and this year we chose to stay nearby at the Ridgetop cabin. It was the cutest, most charming house. We enjoyed the real wood-burning fireplace and nightly soaks in the hot tub. The neighborhood is beautiful and just a short walk from the resort. Stewart Mountain Lodging was wonderful, so helpful answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Ridgetop to anyone looking for a smaller, cozier place. We will be back!

Excellent holiday getaway!

This property was a dream! All the cozy details, fireplace, loft etc made it feel like a great cabin getaway, but was so fully stocked with thoughtful conveniences and amenities that it was just as easy as being at home. Excellent coordination with property managers and regular snow removal so we could come and go safely. We especially loved having the Christmas decorations, small touches like treats in the fridge, easy to use hot tub, a French press, lots of extra towels, great little smart tv, nice quality shower products and a very nice washer/dryer. The place was super clean, too, and just made for an even more comfortable and relaxing stay. I’d love to come back and would highly recommend!

Great getaway

The management company was on top of everything and had their system down. Easy to work with and the place was set up for our arrival. The kids loved the hot tub, fire and teepee. The location is great and great views. We had a planned power outage by the power company while there and management dropped off lanterns, flashlights and candles. I recommend!
