It is composed of: double bedroom, living room with kitchen , bathroom with shower and a balcony from which to enjoy the sunset over the sea.
The apartment is comfortable, bright and partial views. The balcony overlooking the communal gardens and Piazza Lauro.

You can walk to the station (50 m), Piazza Tasso, heart of the old town (200m), the harbor (500 m) and beaches (600 m). In the immediate vicinity there are all the services for a stress free holiday (supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, post office, bank, pharmacy ...)
There is also a communal garden. The owner lives next door.
