Meticulous, Modern Colonial with huge, private, backyard and inground pool, in Saratoga's Popular Regatta View Community, w/ waterfront access to Fish Creek, leading to Saratoga Lake. Paddle or walk to dinner at popular 550 Waterfront restaurant. 2.9 miles to Saratoga Racecourse and popular Saratoga Racino, 2 miles from Saratoga National Golf Course, 4.3 miles to Browns Beach on Saratoga Lake, minutes to Broadway where you'll find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. 20 miles to popular Lake George. Generously sized rooms and large, private, fenced backyards with a patio, and heated inground pool, outdoor kitchen w/ gas grill, cooktop, refrigerator + large yard space, with horseshoe pit and fireplace area. Four spacious bedrooms, plus additional pullout couch and bunk beds (top bunks have a 130lb weight limit) in finished basement/rec room. (listing says office, but it's in the basement) Waterfront access to Fish Creek. 2 Paddle boards and one kids kayak for use at common beach area.
Sleeps 13. 7 day minimum, available Belmont weekend or enjoy for 2 consecutive weeks in August 2024, one week intervals.
