Conveniently located on the north end of the lake, it is a quick drive to 550 Waterfront, Saratoga National, The Track, and downtown Saratoga. There is parking for up to 4 cars on property (no garage access)

This amazing property has four bedrooms, including 4 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, ensuring a phenomenal stay for you and your guests. With WiFi, AC, and a washing machine, your comfort is guaranteed.

The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living area. Extended living space with a covered deck off the first floor with access to the lawn and lake. The seamless layout allows for indoor and outdoor dining options to enjoy the scenic views of the lake.

The second floor includes a washer and dryer, coffee bar, bedroom with a queen bed and twin over full bunk beds, and two lake-side bedrooms each with a Queen bed and sliding glass door to a covered deck with exceptional lake views.

Awesome lakeside retreat

New modern house that is clean and has a beautiful view with direct lake access. Short drive to downtown Saratoga as well makes the location very convenient. Owner was very responsive and helpful along the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

The Perfect Family Place

This Lake House is perfectly appointed and perfectly designed. Great location. I stayed here for five days with my children and grandchildren, age 13,9,6. The kids had a blast, swimming all day. We sat out on the lawn and porch. There is a large dining table and a great island in the kitchen. The drive to anything you need in Saratoga is less than 10 minutes. The home would work for 4 couples. The host is very available. Home is well appointed and spotless.

Perfect Weekend for Regatta

We stayed May 10-12 during the New York State High School Rowing Championship. The property is brand new. We had six adults, four of whom were elderly. The property was perfect. Large first floor bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was open and had plenty of room for six adults to spread out. The back deck is covered and is mere steps from the lake's edge. Upstairs is very spacious with three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two bedrooms on the back of the house have a very private deck overlooking the lake. We did not use them, but there is a brand-new washer and dryer on the second floor. The area was very quiet at night. About a half mile walk to the regatta viewing area. About 15 minutes to downtown for restaurants. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for.
