A perfect Masters rental 6 miles from Augusta National. Located in Springlakes neighborhood, guest will enjoy a quiet lakeside community with a community clubhouse and pool. This home has 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 guest comfortably. A living room and sunroom is fit with an 70" HD tv with sound bar and 48" tv.
A large dining, family, and sun room with all comfortable furniture compliments a fully functional kitchen. There is plenty of driveway and street parking. We have a back patio and pergola which makes for a nice backyard sitting area with patio furniture. I also have both a gas and traeger pellet smoker that any guest can use on the back patio for grilling during Masters week. The area is extremely convenient to all shops in the Evans and Martinez area with a straight shot to golf course parking. Local restaurants such as Farmhaus and Frog & Hen are within a 5 min drive. Come stay in this beautiful home and enjoy a great week watching the worlds best at the Masters. We will attempt to accommodate you the best we can.
