One block from Starbucks, Dewey's Pizza, Frida's, Pedal Pedal Cycling Studio, Diego's, The Only Fascial, Mind-Body-Spirit, and more. Kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Newly refinished gleaming hardwood floors throughout. Functional wood-burning fireplace encased in art deco white marble. Screened-in porch off of dining room. Fenced yard. One car attached garage and 1/2 finished basement. Includes washer/dryer and patio set for your use. Forced heat/Central air. Additional pet deposit for house-broken pets. No smokers. Will "kasher" the kitchen upon request.
