Newly refinished gleaming hardwood floors throughout. Functional wood-burning fireplace encased in art deco white marble. Screened-in porch off of dining room. Fenced yard. One car attached garage and 1/2 finished basement. Includes washer/dryer and patio set for your use. Forced heat/Central air. Additional pet deposit for house-broken pets. No smokers.
