Recently renovated property that adds comfort on top of a great location. Located in the heart of Delaney Park, this home is 1 mile from both ORMC and Downtown Orlando. Downtown is home to great restaurants, bars and entertainment.

1/1 house in Delaney Park with private entry and backyard. Quiet neighborhood with dedicated off-street parking. Washer/Dryer in unit. Ideal for couples & business travel.

Other things to note: We are a pet friendly home with a dedicated fenced in backyard. We do ask that pets be small (30lbs or less). We have a pet fee of $150.

Our listing is set for three guest. Any additional guest will be charged an additional $40 per stay.
