Amazing house, improvement opportunities

Upsides: Wonderful house with lots of open spaces. The views are amazing. TVs, wifi, AC and heating, lighting and hot tub, all worked ok. Super large outdoors space with firepit, lounge and grill. Relatively well equipped. Host contact was scarce but efficient. Downsides: Master bedroom and suite quite spacy and good bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are too small, no windows, shared very small bathroom. A lot of details need to be fixed or renovated. A working sound system and an expresso machine would be nice. Cleaning needs to be improved heavily, mainly outdoors. Value vs. price – 8 I got charged twice for the insurance, haven´t been able to fix this.

Welcome to my nightmare....with incredible views

This house was more of a nightmare with each passing day. Our host departed without providing a gate opener to exit the property. No way out. Couldn't leave the property. Trapped. An opener was delivered a couple of hours after we arrived. One of my guests fell off an unattached toilet seat. Another guest fell off an outside bar stool made of wood when a section of the seat broke off. The hot tub was set to 104 degrees at 1 PM... At 9 pm the temp was 84 degrees. The hot tub hit 102 degrees on our 3rd night. It increased about 8 degrees a day while covered. We used it once. After we sat in it for 30 minutes the temp was once again in the low 90’s. The four days we stayed were unusually cold in the mornings and at night. On the first night, we discovered no heat in any of the bedrooms. Contacted host, his reply was odd and confusing. Take the AC out of one room and put it in another room. We wanted heat. We slept with sweaters on. He never followed up after we reached out. 2 Thermostats in the house, one worked (front of the house) the other not working so we assumed it was for the bedrooms. The issue was never addressed. In the middle of the night several beeping sounds woke us all up. After some investigating, several of the smoke detector batteries were apparently in need of replacing. We replaced them. The Keurig Coffee machine was not working. Contacted host, he said a new machine was coming. One never came. The outdoor putting green was nice to look at. Would have pu
