Island Time Cottage was superb! So clean, cozy, plenty of towels and everything we needed. Pool was great, bedrooms were comfy and well appointed , location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We hope to return in the future! This was our first visit to SSI, and we found the island quite lovely and laid back. Especially enjoyed Dulce Donuts which isn’t very far from the house at all. Very short drive to the beach. Overall, a wonderful family vacation.

Home was in a quiet neighborhood. Clean inside, appeared to be older home but renovated. Pool was very relaxing. Each bedroom had a TV & king size bed. Master bedroom was small compared to other vacation homes, vanity took up a lot of room. Kitchen had great appliances but there are limited pots & pans. Grill outside was charcoal, so plan accordingly if you want to grill something. Great for pets because there is a good space in the front yard & fenced area around back with the pool.

The neighborhood was quiet and a friendly place to walk our dog, The local restaurants were fabulous. Live Oak Tavern was one of our favorites.

Property was beautiful and well maintained! We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definately stay at the home again. We were disappointed only with dealing with a management company not the “host” as communication was slow and I am not sure in this day and age with a house that has a keypad on the door why we had to go to the real estate office to get an envelope of instructions. Total unnecessary step when you are arriving after a long drive.

Beautiful Rental property

This property is tastefully decorated and well maintained. Location is close to the village and the beach. We truly enjoyed the heated pool and the home. We will definitely be back.

We loved the home and the pool. The fact that it is pet friendly is icing on the cake. The home is well equipped and nicely furnished. Finding a home with three oh so comfy king beds is such a luxury. Everything is well maintained. The location is exceedingly convenient. We loved both our stays and will be back!

Charming Home

The Greene’s home was so charming! Had everything we needed to feel right at home on our kid-free weekend. We loved sitting on the swing in the front to watch the sun go down, relaxing by the pool where the smell of the gardenias and jasmine blooms rivaled the almost perfect temperature of the warm sun combined with a light cool breeze. We were in absolute heaven! Our dinners out were accompanied by a nightcap on the back patio with the string lights and the sounds of the tree limbs blowing around in the wind. We will 100% be back. We have quite literally fallen in love with the ssi!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage was very cozy. The decor was very pretty. The house was supplied with a lot of great things that you need. The pool was excellent. The outdoor area was great. Lots of chairs and seating outside. The outside area and screened in back porch were my favorite! The house was very clean when we got there. Only small complaint was there seemed to be alot of dog hair on things still especially the outdoor patio furniture. But that is expected when it is a pet friendly house. The bathrooms were a little on the smaller side but we made due. And there’s a small leak in the back porch area we noticed when it rained. But nothing that affected us. Very nice house and we would definitely come back. Very close to everything which made it nice. The rental company was very easy and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
