This development is one of the best and new in Puerto Vallarta, the location and views are fantastic so you will be very comfortable inside of this development, and the condo is in the eleven floor with the most spectacular view, the common areas are really fantastic, they have two very large pools and big gardens, you can see the pictures, and you can go to the beach to walk. There is a nice gym in the common area too. So the place offers many attraction to enjoy in the place. The best is the view inside of the condo. The terrace and the master suite have beautiful views, and the spaces are really very comfortable .

The view was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the three beautiful pools. Luis briefed us on the check in process and was available by text to answer our questions. New years celbrations from the beach and from the balcony were spectacular!

Great Place, Locaction

The Grand Venetian is our favorite property site in the hotel zone, and Luis' condo is a great corner unit with perfect views on 3 sides of the building.

We loved the condo for our family reunion. Wonderful view and facilities. Kitchen met our needs as far as utensils, but would have been great if the basics such as spices were left by past renters as we were there for a month and all the basics had to be purchased. Thank you Luis we loved your condo.

Jaw dropping views

It was sure fun to see my wife's jaw hit the floor when we walked into this wonderful condo for the first time. We were absolutely blown away by the views. The property was perfectly located near the beach. We also loved spending time at the pools. There are so many great restaurants in the area within easy walking distance. Luis was also really great to deal with and it was a pleasure to meet him and Daisy the cleaner. All of the staff at the property were extremely helpful and great to deal with. We'll be coming back!

Complex facilities are great unit itself not as good as expected

On the positive side the grand venetian is a great complex . it is clean and has a large pools hot tub and beach area I lack of beach chairs for the amount of people wanting to use the pool short taxi ride downtown to the airport and to the marina . I knew mall is immediately next to the complex . The unit itself has three nice bedrooms all of the fourth is mentioned it is a 4‘ x 7‘ space with a single bed small window and attach bathroom maybe OK for one person The kitchen is a galley one dimly lit and not open to the living and dining room not fully equipped for dishes or utensils. The views from the living room and dining room and bedroom is very nice . The property manager Elizebeth was very nice and helpful and available when we had an issue We had some difficulty initially with the owner We had agreed on a discount in the rental price and it took some time to convince the owner to hear to the bargain we had printed out and kept all his email records from him

Overall a nice place, a great view of the ocean and beach area good communication with the manager would not consider this a four bedroom, the fourth bedroom is maybe for like one child not for an adult couple too small, one small bed and very small bedroom The Grand Venetian is a great Condo place With restaurant on site reasonable prices and restaurants within three blocks of the place for dining and grocery shopping Very walkable The heated pools and hot tubs were a big plus for us

Beautiful Condo that Needs Attention

Review of Property # 3812590ha This was our third stay at the Grand Venetian. We love the complex—great pools & restaurant! This specific condo unit, however, was disappointing. (We have rented numerous condo units from VRBO throughout the past 20 years.) The following items were problems: -entry pad to front door did not work (six of us had to share 2 keys) -ice maker did not work and the ice cube trays were old and flimsy -no basics in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper -2 tvs in bedrooms did not work -had to replace batteries in remotes in order to get air conditioning units to work -no wash cloths and very few hand towels The two largest concerns caused the six of us many sleepless nights—every single night there was pounding music coming from a dance club behind Tower 1 and every single night the smell of smoke coming from somewhere near Tower 1. To top it all off the owner charged us to clean the white, cotton slipcovers on the sectional and dining room chairs. Luis, the property manager was very nice but his English was not very good so it was difficult to communicate with him. We, therefore, overlooked these issues and avoided discussing them. We realize you probably will not publish this negative review but we feel other potential renters need to be made aware of these problems.

I can't say enough great things about the property

First impression when you walk into this condo is WOW. We stayed for a week and wanted to stay for another. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and everyone had their own space, each bedroom had its own bathroom. The living room and dining room were a perfect size. The kitchen was a good size and had enough pots, pans, dishes and cutlery for everyone. The view was amazing, we woke up and sat outside on the deck enjoyed our breakfast and at night sat outside watched the sun set with an adult drink. The pools were perfect for the kids and adults too. The beach was right there and with security at the gate we all felt very safe. The pools did have bar service which was nice, the bathrooms at the pool were clean any time of the day. Would I stay here again yes but there was one hidden cost that really threw me off and is why I only gave it 4 stars. For one week we were charged 150 USD for electrical. We never ran the A/C the whole time we were there, the weather was cool enough at night we didn't need to and never left lights on at night. Other than that we all really enjoyed our trip to PV.

Breathtaking views, huge suite

This was our second year in a row at this suite. The Owner is wonderful to work with and responds immediately to any questions. The Grand Venetian as a whole is very well operated and secure, with 5 great swimming pools that are maintained at different (warm) temperatures. This Tower 1, Room 1106 is a huge, huge roomy suite, with excellent appliances and cookware. Independent A/C units in each room work great, especially if you have a child having an afternoon nap. We will be back.

Nous avons passé de tres belles vacances dans le condo de Luis ,nous avons loué a 2 reprises ,soit les mois de fevrier et mars en 2016 et en 2017. Nous avons fait la connaissance de Luis en 2016, c est une personne tres honnête et agreable.Il est tres facile de faire avec lui.Il a répondu à rapidement à toutes nos demandes,Marina sa représentante sur place est également tres disponible et tres gentille. La vue du condo est magnifique .Le condo est tres bien entretenu ,prope et il offre un tres bon confort.Le wi-fi fonctionne tres bien. Concernant le complexe du Grand Venitien,il n y a rien à redire,tout y est parfait et c est super bien situé a mi chemin entre la ville et la marina. Wow. Excellent Condo, Beautiful vacation location, Owner is terrific to work with

We rented this Condo Jan 3-31, 2017, and loved it. The Owner, Luis, is a pleasure to work with. He lives nearby, and between Luis and his Property Manager, our stay was completely problem free. We look forward to coming back next year. We were impressed with the high quality of all the appliances- ice-maker/water dispensing fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size washer & dryer. As well, the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc were plentiful and of very good quality. We have rented smaller suites at the Grand Venetian since 2009, and this was the first year we had a need for 3 + bedrooms, and the space in Luis’ Condo was wonderful for our whole family. The huge, leather sectional couch is so comfortable! I also wish to note that the entire Grand Venetian facility has been really well cared for, with obviously lots of money spent on maintenance, as it looks as good as it did in 2009. There are 5 swimming pools to pick from, and they are maintained at different temperatures. The pool by Tower 2000, for example, is too warm for my liking, but it is clearly set that way, as it has been just as warm every year we have been vacationing here. The pools are perfect for kids, with great big shallow areas to play in. In all, a great place. We highly recommend this rental from Luis.

Great Vacation Stay

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta as a family and we could not have chosen a better location and place to stay. The Grand Venetian is located in the Hotel Zone, with an attached shopping mall and great restaurants all within walking distance. It is also a quick drive to Walmart, Costco and grocery stores for those that are staying longer term. It is only 10 minutes to od Vallarta and very centrally located to do day excursions to places like Salyulita. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks in this condo. For a family of 5, there was a lot of room for ourselves, and even guests if we wanted (our children made friends with some other kids in the development and had sleepovers!) Luis, the owner is very easy to work with and provides a property manager to call if there is a problem (which we had none). We even got housekeeping on a daily basis that Luis helped us arrange for a very reasonable rate. Everything you need for a short term stay is provided. The balcony furniture is great for enjoying the scenery of the pool areas and the ocean / beache. I highly recommend this condo.

This was our first time at the Grand Venetian and we really enjoyed our 2+ months in this lovely condo. Luis, the owner is very easy to work with and the condo was wonderful. Everything you need for a long or short term stay is provided. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms very spacious. The balcony furniture in perfect for enjoying the magnificent views and the hot tub on the balcony is a special bonus. We had family and guests of all ages and everyone had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this condo.
