This house was perfect for our family trip to Kings Island. The rooms and beds are comfortable for a good nights rest and the deck overlooking the backyard is peaceful and quiet especially after a long day at the park. Will definitely keep this place in mind for out next family trip to the Cincinnati area!

We stayed for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. The house was perfect with lots of room and the location was convenient. I had a couple questions and Nay answered immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Place worked out perfect for us. We were in town for a soccer tournament and host supplied this property to us last minute after we cancelled a different property. Very accommodating and communicative.

Our host, Nay was the absolute best!!! We were in town for the tennis tournament and the house was just a short drive to the event. The accommodations were the cleanest place we have ever stayed in plus there was an issue with the internet connection and Nay was on it. The issue was resolved by the next morning after we informed him late on our arrival. Will definitely be back for next year. THANK YOU Nay for being the perfect host.Debra
