Great Family VaCa

Being able to step on the beach and relax was what we needed. Places to shop and eat where close by but having a full kitchen with teen boys was a necessity.

Perfect location

We loved our stay! You can’t beat this location and our accommodations were just what our group needed! There were a couple housekeeping items that didn’t really bother us (living room tv wouldn’t connect to cable, second bathroom had a backed up sink…). It was so nice to have the beach service every day so we didn’t have to carry so much or provide our own (although the condo did have a few extra chairs and a cooler provided). Would definitely come back again!

Nice location and spacious condo

This is my family’s first condo rental so we didn’t know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and beach access. I wish the condo would have better outdoor furniture but it was exactly what the photos showed. The problem with the unit was a high pitched noise from the hot water heater every time someone took a shower. I found it strange that there wasn’t a supply of trash bags and toilet paper in the unit. I didn’t like the stair access but the elevator was fine. The condo beds were comfortable and all of the furniture was nice. The unit comes with beach chair service which was convenient.

Destin get away

Overall properly location and amenities are hard to beat: near everything you need with a full-service bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Good location and unit for families with young kids (just remember you need 3 adult hands per child on the beach to make the time relaxing…). Unit may need some small little TLC (tub drain plug in ‘guest bathroom,’ a few odds and ins - nothing that we felt the need to reach out to management on). We would return - the views and location are amazing!

Nice location

Arrived to check in and room was not ready due to inspection. Could have been a little cleaner, old food on carpet in front of couch and some dust bunnies throughout. Beach is beautiful! Kind of weird to walk through the restaurant to get to the beach but nice to have it on location.
