Hi! We are Grace & Chibi! Welcome to our apartment! This amazing 1 Bedroom has all the conveniences desired: a comfy bed, dedicated workspace, and a place to relax after a long day! We are located on a quiet street in the coveted Highland Park neighborhood. Drive 5 mins to the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium! We are also a 13 min drive to the universities and 18 mins to downtown!

We'd be happy to host you!

The Space:
This apartment is on the third floor of our home, which is a 3 story triplex. Inside we have 1 Queen Bed and our kitchen is full of dishware, a coffee maker, utensils, and different cooking supplies. Smart TV with Roku, closet space, a kitchen and living area offers all the basic perks & amenities for a couple. With windows to bring in light, comfy furnishings & personal touches, this is a great place to lay your head after a day of city life!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire unit. All units on the property are separate. The only shared space on the property is the stairs/walkway within the building.

Other Things to Note:
The basement is an unfinished space. There is no unit, only laundry is located there.

Needed an extra room

Made a quick trip to PA to see our son and new grand baby. They had a full house and this property was a few blocks away from theirs. Had a couple issues, but for the most part it was everything they said at an affordable price.

Disappointing

This is our first unfortunate review of any properties that we will say that.Not that everyone doesn’t like skeletons, but they had skeleton decorations. We are not fans, broken table, broken microwave, so one person could sleep comfortably.It was clean so we needed it. We were way way overcharged. Still working on a partial refund.
