A wonderful property! We loved the hot tub, some even used the sauna. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook meals. Having bathrooms for every bedroom was amazing! The decor, the set up, chairs on each balcony so amazing. Seen so many bears on the property! Was a favorite So close to everything!

Very spacious & great for a family, loved the privacy of 3 levels for family. No recliners or foot ottomans for living room chairs, just 1 couch if multiple guests are wanting to lay down or put their feet up in the living room.

Cabin was fantastic! It had the most realistic pictures of any rental we have had. Everything was clean. Host was very responsive when notified. The cabin was very convenient to the National Forest, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely recommend Bear Tracts and would stay here again.

Very clean enjoyed our stay hot tub was clean and easily accessible. 3 floors allowed privacy for all families. Kitchen was well equipped. Who ever decorated did a fantastic job along with having a guide book regarding how the cabin came about. Also saw a bear in the back yard.

Lots of room, comfortable for a large group, and the lay out of the house was very nice with the kitchen living area on the top floor and the sauna and game room on the third floor down. Game room was fun. Kitchen could use a large pot for cooking and a bottle opener. Parking was easy - we had two cars and two large pickups - and there was plenty of room. Would be nice to have an outside area with a fire pit. We were very pleased with the property and may stay here agsin

The cabin was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after getting back in from dinner and shopping. Overall we truly loved this cabin and plan to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needed garbage bags, only one and then we had to buy pot holders, and no broom. Also bathrooms weren't cleaned we'll. Location was great, view was beautiful.

This was a lovely home. The views from the back were amazing. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party to spread out. Out guys loved the pool room and the sauna. This was a little farther out from Rocky Top than we hoped. But thankful for all paved roads and easy parking.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Had a great time for our yearly post holidays family vacation. Loved the property! Looking to book again in the future as the entire family was happy with our stay and requested we return to this cabin. Highly recommend!

Loved this cabin!

My family absolutely loved this cabin! Amenities were amazing! Communication was excellent and extremely informative and helpful! Thankful for the free ticket opportunities through Xplorie, helped us visit Dollywood! Would change nothing!

Amazing view of the Smokey Mountains and very close to the National Park and other Gatlinburg adventures. Would have liked a few more basics. No coffee filters, very little toilet paper, no dish soap, salt and pepper, aluminum foil or saran wrap. These are basics we have had available at other places we have stayed.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this cabin! The space was exactly what we needed, and we loved that everyone could spread out across the different floors instead of feeling crowded. The huge three-story deck was one of our favorite features, and we saw plenty of wildlife—including several black bears!One thing to note: be sure to lock your car doors. A bear tried to get into my vehicle multiple times, even though there was no food inside. We think it may have been attracted to an air freshener, so it’s worth removing anything with a scent from your car just to be safe.The stairs were plentiful, but that wasn’t an issue for our group. The sauna and hot tub were a wonderful bonus after long days exploring the Smokies.The only downside was that the kitchen could have been a little better stocked. There weren’t many cooking utensils, food storage containers, or drinking cups, so if you’re planning to cook a lot, that’s something to keep in mind.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time. This was the first Thanksgiving without a love one who passed away in May. The time spent at the cabin helped to make this holiday comforting. Everything the description detailed was perfect. The view is also spectacular.

Comfortable Cabin

The cabin was nicely decorated and comfortable. And the hot tub, sauna, and pool table are great bonus features. Great to have the bedrooms on separate floors for privacy. Bring your own K-cups for coffee, but otherwise everything you need is provided. Pretty windy road to get to the cabin but worth it for the lovely view. Would stay here again!

Fantastic House

This property was the highlight of our weekend getaway. It is decorated to perfection and a pleasure to spend time in. All aspects of this transaction were easy, efficient, and enjoyable. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating. I have stayed in the Smokies many, many times and this property is the best of them all.
