Oh my goodness location!
I’ll start with the fact this location is breathtaking. Right on the boardwalk with parking very close that is easy to get in and out of. (Full size parking lot one house back).
Notes to those in the future:
There are no blankets, but there are sheets. There are also bath towels. 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided along with dish soap.
I recommend bringing:
-a wash cloth or two as there wasn’t enough for the 4 of us and an extra to use for dishes/ hand drying.
-your own pillow for increased comfort. This was mixed with our group.
-tissues/napkins/paper towels
-towel or curtain to hang in the back bedroom to block out the floodlight
To lock the door, hold the # button down until it beeps. It doesn’t lock automatically.
No beach chairs/umbrellas are provided. There are however the rental lockers right outside on the beach if needed. We brought with us but if space is a priority, this would be very convenient. There are heavy chairs on the porch if you like to sit there.
There is a large TV. We didn’t even turn this on. No need with the view from the porch of the ocean and boardwalk being all the entertainment we needed!
Recommendations for owners:
Some blackout curtains would be nice. Especially in the back bedroom as the bright outdoor flood light made the room quite bright at night. Also for covering the door window at night to keep away peeping toms. We propped up a cushion from the couch to cover the window in the door to give us some privacy.
