It was a very nice stay I have no complaints besides some cleaning issues, other than that it was a very nice stay and was a good location and good amount of bedrooms and enough space for us all

Great location. Terrible property

This place should be demolished. Just about everything was falling apart and infested with ants. There were also pee stains on several mattresses. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging so much money.

Great location but would not rent again

Pros: Layout was great. There are doors that close to the kitchen and living room so bedroom areas can be more quiet. Location is great. Parking is easy. Good space distance between bedrooms. Fairly modern. Clean. The manager did respond to the main light that didn’t work in the kitchen and got us comforters after several text messages. The AC worked great. Cons: garbage disposal did not work. Kitchen drain was clogged when we got there. Can only enter in the back of property. Not super safe when alone. The front porch is slanted and the top railing is a hazard. If you push hard enough it can probably pop off. The bottom step on the front porch is super wobbly. Seems like a huge liability. Needs to get fixed asap. Also the “screen door “ is completely broken and majorly rusted. Again, Seems like a major liability. The pics showed comforters on the bed however there were none. It took a few texts backs and forth with manager to get them. Also, they only supplied bath towels. Had to ask for washcloths. Several of the lamps had no light bulbs in them. The refrigerator door did not close properly. We had to make sure it was sealed every time. The grill was all full of rust. Weeds everywhere at parking area. Home layout was great. Loved the location. The property itself needs some inside repairs. The outside has many features that are not safe. Would not rent this property again.
