Welcome to a world of comfort and style in this magnificent 5,400 sq. ft. home, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests across three spacious floors. With 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (8.5 baths), every bedroom features its own private bathroom with an elegant floor-to-ceiling tile shower.

Enjoy two distinct living rooms, both with 85" Smart TVs. The main level living area has oversized picture windows for soaking in ocean views, while the third-floor space includes a full wet bar and refrigerator.

Property Layout:
Main Floor: Features a gourmet kitchen with dual refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. The adjacent oceanfront dining area seats 26. This floor also has a spacious living room and one bedroom.
Second Floor: Home to five bedrooms. Two are oceanfront king suites with direct porch access. The other three include two rooms with two queen beds each and one with a single king bed.
Third Floor: Offers a large oceanfront living space with a wet bar, a grand oceanfront bedroom with two king beds, and another bedroom with two queen beds.

Each floor opens onto a spacious balcony. Outside, your private oasis awaits with a large saltwater pool and an attached waterfall hot tub. We also provide 20 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas for your days on the sand.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities, including the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces. An elevator is available, providing easy access to all floors for guests, luggage, and groceries. The only exceptions are three small closets which are reserved for owner's storage and will be locked.
