Please note: Our home is not available for full season rental.
Come enjoy the beautiful Colorado mountains in a cozy, spacious centrally located condo! Enjoy all the comforts of home in this 1800+ square foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-level home. Our condominium home is a well maintained, fully furnished unit located in the heart of Colorado's finest ski country. World-class resorts of Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone are just minutes away by car, or take advantage of Summit County's free bus - The Summit Stage. It picks you up steps away on Main Street and goes to all the resorts. Totally free to you, and runs every half hour from 6am - 2am, 7 days a week.
This Peak One condo is located just 3 blocks south of Frisco's famous and historic Main Street. You'll also be a short 2 blocks north of popular hiking trailheads including Mount Royal, Mt. Victoria, Peak One, Rainbow Lake, Miner's Creek and more. Frisco is right in the middle of Summit County - Colorado's beautiful playground. Copper Mountain is less than 10 minutes away. Breck is 15 minutes, Keystone is 20 minutes, A-Basin is 30 minutes and Loveland is 40 minutes. Less than an hour away from it all!
This clean well-kept townhome is a non-smoking home. We have recently updated to flat screen TVs, and have replaced all the bedding in every room. The two master suites have a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The third bedroom, downstairs, has a queen bed, and bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom is a twin over full bed. The downstairs living room includes a queen sleeper-sofa to offer you more sleeping options. There is plenty of room for multiple families and children.
We understand the special needs of families visiting with children, and have a pack & play available, along with games, books and CDs to keep everyone occupied and happy. For those visiting without the kids, don't worry, the kid stuff doesn't take up any of your living accommodations - we have plenty of big closets where extra items are stored.
This large home offers it all - free Wireless internet access, a fully equipped kitchen - with blender, coffee maker, tea pot, utensils, - TVs with DVD players, washer and dryer, gas-burning fireplace. Use the gas grill on the deck for easy meals, or walk to Main Street and find a variety of restaurants.

About the host
Hosted by Sophie

We are a family of four and live in Boulder. My husband is in technology and I am a teacher. We have a busy life and Frisco is our little get-away.
Why they chose this property
We chose to buy in Frisco because we love the small town feel and yet it is so close to everything. Our two kids enjoy the skiing in the winter and biking in the summer and fall! We love the outdoors and are excited to be blocks from great hiking and sailing, which I miss having grown up on the ocean in Massachusetts.
What makes this property unique
There is so much to do in Frisco, whether it is summer or winter. Multiple ski resorts are a short drive or bus ride away. In the summer, downtown Frisco hosts many festivals and fun for the whole family, not to mention the newly renovated waterfront where sailing, kayaking, canoeing are all found along with a yummy cafe.
