Welcome to our darling 1,400 sq. ft. retreat nestled on 1.30 acres, just moments away from Historic Nolensville. Immerse yourself in the local charm as you explore coffee shops, eateries, and boutique stores within walking distance. If the allure of Nashville beckons, it's only a 25-minute drive or Uber ride away, showcasing beautiful homes and scenery along the route.

Our space offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Unwind by the pool, engage in yard games, or savor a picnic in the dedicated area. As the evening unfolds, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows, and enjoy a glass of your favorite wine.

We understand that pets are family, so small dogs (up to 20 lbs) are welcome, with a pet fee.

This unique property boasts three short-term rentals. You can rent the entire property for family and friends, or you can rent an individual unit. If you choose to rent an individual unit, rest assured that the other areas will be unavailable for other renters. You’ll have exclusive access to your chosen space.

You'll have access to the large backyard where you can enjoy the pool, swing set, picnic tables, yard games, smokeless fire pit, and more. This rental also includes an indoor lounge area that can be used for our Airbnb’s guests.

I really enjoyed the apartment and the owner/manager was very responsive whenever a problem or question occurred. I have lived in Florence in the past, and more recently have rented apartments there for shorter visits. The apartment is on the penultimate floor, has an elevator and wonderful views from the front windows. It is in an area of Florence that is special to me, the Santo Spirito/San Frediano area of the oltr'Arno. The beds in the 2 main bedrooms were very comfortable. The 3rd bedroom has a pullout from a couch, which when we figured out how to pull out the extension, worked just fine. It had a loft in that room. It would be perfect for young people. It was definitely comfortable for hanging out with family and friends. Showers were good, and cooking was doable, the induction cooktop worked great, however, we never figured out how to use the microwave as an oven, which I had assumed could function that way too. But we ate out a lot as there are many good restaurants nearby.
