Although it looked clean, it was not. I provided feedback to the owners. I broke out in hives upon arrival from I think the couch was not covered and they allowed pets. I provided feedback to them. They offered me an alternative place, but it was 11 o’clock at night and my husband was already sleeping. I asked for a concession but did not receive it. I will not be returning.

Great Place in a great location

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Close to everything we were doing and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was nicely updated and had all that we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, this place was not a comfortable stay. We rented both unit A and B from Sun to Fri (for 6 people and a dog), and communicated w the agent throughout. These units are managed by a rental company, they are not someone home - maybe that is the reason for lack of care. Unit A: Unit is not ventilated well, we began to have allergic reaction immediately. We had to purchase humidifiers. Things settled some. Stray pets round the house, making it difficult to access especially w a pet. Stove does not workPlumbing, we had to fix the toilet flushing system after every use. Be careful walking throughout the grass; outdoors of home not kept well. Contacted company to see if they can change me to another home, at first they said yes; and when asked for the details- they said it was rented already. The pictures do not reflect the home. If you are looking for a backward to let your pet roam, this is not it- aside from the noted lack of fencing, I didn’t trust the lack of upkeep.Upon gently communicating this w the company, I was just told to make them a list but nothing they can do and my contract could not be canceled nor partially refunded. After getting both units- I just cut my losses.

For future guests: this home welcomes dogs, so if allergies are a concern, message us before booking and we'll suggest a home that suits you.
