1. Master Bedroom with KING SIZE BED a Smart TV and access to a full private bathroom featuring a million dollar view from shower.
2. Bedroom with KING SIZE BED, a smart TV and access to a full private bathroom and an office desk area.
3. Bedroom with KING SIZE BED, right next to a shared bathroom
4. Bedroom with 4 TWIN BEDS, right next to shared bathroom
5. Den with a BUNK BED SET.
The kitchen is open concept and is stocked with all the things you'll need to prepare and serve food including a coffee station.
All the bathrooms are stocked with the usual toiletries as well as other less obvious necessities.
The main open common area consists of multiple sitting areas with movable chairs so quality time with your tribe becomes effortless.
There is a hot tub, kayak, mini foosball table, and several board games for your entertainment and a elliptical cross trainer to get some cardio

Your group will enjoy exclusive access to this entire unique property during your stay. Take in the glimmering water views at the stunning outdoor area, where you can bask in the sun by the private dock, gather inside the hot tub in the evening, and enjoy the lush surroundings of the garden.

This property features open access to water and may not be appropriate for very young children that can walk but not swim. For your safety please do not go swimming in the river.
