Setting was very peaceful, communication was great initially, but when notified that I was leaving 3 days early because of the condition of the property communication was non existent. The railroad ties in the front are rotting, the frame and trim of the front door are rotten, the bathroom floor is deteriorating, the base of the toilet is disgusting, the shower curtain rod is wrecked, there is mold in the shower, the shower was haphazardly assembled. I would not recommend to rent this property.

This cabin was dirty. Mold in bathroom, stains on furniture, broken drawer in kitchen, beds were not queen dize they were full size bed, and you could see through the walls ( no privacy in bathroom). We left a day early because a critter ran out from under couch across my foot.

the cabin was verry cleen had plenty of dishes and pans but it definitely needs some maintenance the toilet desent vent properly and bubbles watter at you wen you flush but it dose work you have to hold it till its done bubbling the shade on the blinds on the front door probably should be replaced its missing peaces other than that it was amazing and i would definitely stay here again host was verry cleer on directions and the code for the door

We enjoyed our stay however the property definitely could be cleaner and minor maintenence issues like loose shower curtain rod and loose toilet paper holder. No major issues but like I stated above the place could use a good cleaning.

The pictures that is used to advertise is definitely old. The shower has mold on the wall and all under the mat. The heaters are too small and do not keep the room warm. The living room couch is broken and feels like it will fall through when you sit, secondary room bed needs to be thrown away as it has a LARGE dip in the center. TVs look and sound like they were bought off of temu or Alibaba.
Bathroom, just zoom in you can see how cracked and the mold on the sides shower.

Property Maintenance

It needs better maintenance, the lock has an issue with lining up to get it locked. The curtain was tore down for the utility room. A drawer was broken on the kitchen island. The bathroom room sink has an issue with the hot water faucet. The outside hose was laying out in the yard not hung back up. Trash bags laying on the ground, not in the dumpster. Lawn chairs laying in the fire pit. The inside trash can stunk terribly. It's sad because I really like the location and the concept of being a cabin in the woods. I slept good, the beds were comfortable. There needs to be instructions on how to operate the tv and the TV remote needs new batteries.

Summer Camp meets House

Well first off there apparently was some sort of computer glitch and the door code was not sent. VRBo helped get through to the property management company. You would think someone would check. Then we did not have the password to the wifi and cell service is poor. I managed to find the modem and got the passcode. Please note the loft is not really a sleeping spot. It’s a thin pad on a throw carpet on plywood. You can see insulation. It’s really hot It reminds of. A crawl space in the attic. There was a try of half eaten pizza bagels in the closet. The couch looked dirty and had dog hair. The blanket smells like wet dog. Like even the toilet paper holder was broken. The decorations are cute. But the place looked very rustic. The outside was a wreck as well. The trash can was gross when I was taking trash out. And outside had a lot of trash bags just pilling up. We took pictures but I really don’t think the management company cares. I like rustic but this place has issues. Wiring and plumbing had issues too.
