Our bridal party had such a great bachelorette experience. Very communicative host that allowed us early access to decorate before the bride got there. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean and organized. We enjoyed the record player and the board games! The beds were comfy with plenty of linens and throws. The kitchen was well stocked. Keurig was a plus!! The owner provided towels and toys for beach fun! The 2 pools on site were clean and inviting.

Great vacation spot!

Overall really impressed but a little pricey and super crowded over the holiday weekend. Owner was great with communication and the condo had all the comforts of home.

Cute Place

Quaint, cute place with a nice view. Overall pretty clean, with a few minor misses. Property owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. The association has security that regularly walk the grounds.

Felt like Home

We aren’t new to The Ledges, we stay in a different unit each time and this one ranks high! The cute aesthetic, all of the details and the personal touches like sand toys and mattress toppers were perfection. Our host was in touch before and during our trip - they really wanted to make sure we had a great time & we did! Thanks Flemings!

Thank you!! We too have stayed at the Ledges many times which led to us eventually purchasing this unit. We tried to include stuff that we’ve liked as renters….. and will continue to fine tune as we get more feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed your time with us!!

Nice condo on the water

This condo was exactly what we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The owners supplied things we needed, such as shower gel and kitchen supplies, etc. They also checked in with us to see if we needed anything or had any issues. As far as the location, there isn't anywhere you can walk to grab a bite or a drink. You have to drive everywhere, that's the reason for the 4 rating vs. 5. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 but there are not half ratings, so it gets a a 5⭐️.
