This home is perfect for family and group gatherings. The open concept living area has a large sectional and 2 armchairs for relaxing in front of the fireplace. Host a movie night on the 70" smart TV or a game of pool on pool table in the game room. Whip up meals in the entertainer's kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and French-door refrigerator. A kitchen bar seats guests, and there's room for more at the breakfast nook.
The gorgeous primary bedroom is furnished with a four-poster king bed, a full-size sofa bed, and a 50" TV. An en-suite bath impresses with a double vanity, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a queen bed and a 32" TV. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a 40" TV. The fourth bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a 40" TV. A pristine guest bath has a tiled tub/shower combination.


A haven of relaxation, a private south-facing backyard enjoys plenty of sun and boasts a saltwater pool that can be heated in the winter months (an extra fee applies) as well as a hot tub (the hot tub is included in the reservation). • Quiet hours are 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. and the City of La Quinta noise ordinance is strictly enforced. There are noise monitors outside in all La Quinta rental homes per the city ordinance.
• Outdoor music is prohibited at all times and indoor music cannot be audible from the street.
• No pets are allowed.
• Indoor Smoking is prohibited.
• Three cars are allowed - limited street parking.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Property has 2 street facing security cameras and a ring front door camera.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $50 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
• You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
