Welcome to a desirable quiet Rocklin neighborhood! A great peaceful place with great access to the Freeways - both 80 and 65, 5 min to Galleria Mall, the Fountains of Roseville, churches and much more. Major Sutter and Kaiser Permanente Hospitals are within just 15 min driving distance that opens a good home for traveling nurses and doctors. This is a great option for temporary housing, since we try to keep the dates open to present residents for cases when need an extension.
