There’s nowhere I’d rather be …than by the “Blue Sea!” This charming beach house features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay on 30A! Situated in South Walton’s famous Blue Mountain Beach, it is one of the best-kept secrets on the Emerald Coast. This home is quietly tucked away within the quaint local beach community of Old Florida Cottages. With brick paver and palm tree-lined streets, your vacation tone is set the minute you pull up to the “Blue Sea”

This rental home is just steps from Scenic 30A, the Gulf of Mexico, and is a couple blocks east of Gulf Place. It’s the perfect spot for your whole family and guests to get away!

Beach access is super easy… just steps to Gulfview Heights where amenities include a picnic pavilion with tables, restrooms, showers, and seasonal lifeguards. Beach ramps and steps lead out to the sugary white sands and turquoise waters of Blue Mountain Beach.

The community features a shared, seasonally heated, pool for all guests to use. The common area also features grills, a covered pavilion, lounge chairs, and bathrooms.

'Blue Sea' is right across from the community pool too!

This 4-bedroom home stands ready to host your party of 10!

We are a very kid-friendly home. We have a baby gate, highchair, and plenty of beach toys for the little ones. We also have 5 beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas available for your use as long as the previous renters didn't take and/or break them (there will be no refund or discount if they are not available).

We love the Old Florida Cottages neighborhood because of it's location (South of 30A) and its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping!

Our home is ideally situated just off 30A and close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, and bars, but also just far enough away to avoid all the traffic and noise.
