Come enjoy your most relaxing vacation yet and leave your stress behind at this beautiful, well-appointed 4BR/4BA with spacious open kitchen that will accommodate your family and/or friends for your next beach getaway! Family-friendly accommodations throughout including provided beach chairs, umbrellas and more!!

This owner managed home has easy access to the beach. 5 minute walk, or 1 minute drive the short quarter-mile to Gulfview Heights beach access. Walk or ride to restaurants and entertainment, including Gulf Place, just a half-mile away.

First floor has garage and entryway/mudroom to knock off the sand. Spacious bedroom downstairs has queen bed and full bathroom, while back porch is set up with gas grill and outdoor patio furniture for relaxing after a day at the beach. Outdoor shower sits conveniently off the side of the back porch.

For guests who would like to use the golf cart, it is located in the garage. The owners allow guests to use their golf cart after a simple DocuSign use agreement is signed by all guests. The property has 4 bicycles available as well. Contact owner for details.

Second floor opens up to fully furnished gorgeous open kitchen with a huge bar that has seating for four. Kitchen opens to dining room and comfortable living room with couch and flatscreen TV, all leading to the second floor balcony. Second floor bedroom has queen bed and full bath.

Third floor spacious master has a king bed and its own balcony. Master bath retreat has soaking tub and shower with beautiful split vanities. Full washer and dryer reside on third floor, as does bunk room with two bunks (bottom of one bunk is a double, the rest twin beds).

Emerald Coast Snowbirds

This is the second year in a row that I have rented this property. It is perfectly appointed with everything needed to live away from home for a month or more. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate friends and family visiting. The kitchen is big and contains everything you need to make meals at home, and there is a grill as well off the first floor bedroom. The location couldn’t be more perfect with just a short golf cart ride to the pristine, white-sand beach. The home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with four other homes. Down the street in the opposite direction from the beach, you can find miles and miles trails in the Long Leaf forest preserve for walking or biking. There are grocery stores about 7-10 minutes driving and multiple restaurants in walking and golf cart distance. Amanda is a very responsive host. 10 out of 10 experience!

Best Month Ever

This house was perfect for our one month snow-birding escape. The location is so convenient with easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive to any needs during our stay. The house has a big kitchen with all supplies needed to cook, bake and grill. We will definitely be back!

AN AMAZING TIME

The house was perfect. 3 levels made it easy for our family to be together and still have our own space. Everything was cleaned, working and up to date! Our host was amazing. The communication was great. The beach was a short walk. We loved our stay.

We love to travel, and during the summer we can always be found near the water, whether on a lake in Texas or by the ocean in fabulous Santa Rosa Beach. We enjoy vacationing along 30-A because of the family friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, and the small town feel coupled with plenty of attractions close by.
