Water taxi dock also close by to make transit from/to St Kitts convenient. 3 Bedrooms, two with en suite bath. 3rd bath accessible in hallway for Guest access. Fully equipped modern kitchen complete with air fryer/oven. Ninja Blender. Coffee maker for a single cup or carafe. New Gas Range/Oven. Full size and additional separate beverage Refrigerators. Electric Kettle. Microwave Oven. Close to a variety of Restaurants and Beach Bars. Easy to rent a vehicle. Taxis also available. Owner is happy to arrange all transportation to/from from SKN airport. Weekly Housekeeping Provided. Pool will be cleaned twice wk!

We have just returned from 2 fabulous weeks staying at Carambola.Patty could not have been more helpful, ensuring all arrangements were in place and offering a wide range of recommendations including local taxi drivers, places to visit, great food and cocktail outlets etc.The villa felt like home the minute we arrived, with all the amenities you might want or need, lots of space, excellent air conditioning, very comfy bed, useful laundry room, frequent pool and villa cleaning and daily monkey visits which were hugely entertaining!The grounds are spacious and contain some lovely trees and bushes which provide complete privacy and shield from the road. The gate, at the bottom of the garden, offers a perfect shortcut to the road, with Oualie directly opposite (our favourite beach on the island) and On The Rocks/L’escale just a few minutes walk away.Great villa, great location and a great host.We will definitely be back soon!

We are Family Members from the US. Nevis is a place We fell in love with. We have tried to make Carambola a relaxing villa that has the comforts We enjoy, and hope that Our Guests will as well. Everything one could need for meals is found in the Kitchen. Games to enjoy in the large garden........

Why they chose this property

The easy access to Oualie Bay Beach with it's scuba diving boats, fishing boats etc is great. We enjoy buying fresh lobster and fish from the locals when they come in to the dock. Two scuba diving shops also offering snorkel trips. Sailing vessels offering tours etc.
The wonderful restaurant and bar at Oualie Beach Resort is a real asset to this location.
