Best of Wilmington

We were visiting friends for a short trip to Wilmington. Santorini could not have been more perfect. The property is so fun, clean and close to wonderful restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this for families or an adult get away.

Lovely houseboat in Wilmington

Our stay at Santorini was amazing! The Cove community is great. It is very conveniently located an easy walk away from the downtown area and the Live Oak Bank Pavilion. Communication from the hosts was excellent. Check-in instructions and process were easy. I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

Santorini

Beautiful and spotless! Accommodations were perfect! This was our 2nd stay. Unfortunately we did not read the email on the parking changes since 1st stay. Construction of sidewalk in front of Coves was torn up and getting your luggage to house took my husband 4 trips to parking lot that is basically 2 blocks away. We were there for our suns wedding for 9 days and had more luggage and our dog. It’s a lovely place for a short term visit.

Great unique stay very close to Live Oak Pavilion and Downtown

We really enjoyed our stay! The houseboat was amazing. Brand new, perfect condition and beautifully accommodated in every way. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Live Oak concert pavilion. Perfect location for something like that. And, very close in the other direction to restaurants, shops etc. The house boat was super cool and a great idea. Easy to get in the marina and very unique and fun. Great communication with the owners as well. We would highly recommend it. We will be back!

I can tell you that someone that loves dogs as much as my family owns this vrbo. It was perfect in ever way. Meticulously constructed, impeccably clean, and the custom made furniture covers for the dog made me and my boys feel so welcome with our pooch. I guess what the owner was saying is that, I love my dogs as much as you do, so I know your dog might be watching tv next to you, so please put the covers over these and respect like your own home🐶❤️ I believe he owns the marina bar and grill, so think I will go thank him personally for sharing his home next weekend when I am back in town 😊

Amazing Location and Beautiful Space on the Water in Wilmington!

We loved everything about our stay the Cove’s Santorini! This floating condo is in an amazing location on the river in Wilmington with a gorgeous sunset view. The two-story unit has multiple decks with seating and all the comforts of home including a well-stocked and appointed kitchen and 2 beautiful bedrooms and indoor living/seating areas. The 2nd story deck was my favorite, complete with comfortable seats, a table that would fit 6 comfortably, an outdoor TV and frig/sink/counter. It was still a bit chilly in the evenings when we were there because it is still March, but we had lunch on the deck in the sun and it was divine!The staff are extremely friendly and ready/willing to help make your stay excellent. We loved having so many wonderful places to visit so close by, within walking distance and walking on the Riverwalk is amazing. We love Sugo at the Hotel Ballast for an upscale Italian meal and drinks, and the Marina Grill was great for a more casual, yet still delicious lunch or dinner. The Cotton Exchange is an easy walk away.I truly cannot say enough good about Santorini and The Cove!
