Great weekend getaway

We stayed in Wilmington to visit my son and to go to a festival downtown . Great location and place was so nicely decorated and clean . My only suggestion would be to have a cart for the house so guests could use that to haul luggage and food from the car to the house .

Great Weekend Stay

The villa was the best decorated VRBO we have stayed in in years. Clean, update great location for Wilson Center and Riverwalk. Dinner at Sagu Italian Steakhouse and Ruth Chris and show with Leanne Morgan. Word of caution more walking involved than expected but still worth it.

House boat

Gorgeous, spacious, well-maintained! The views and novelty of being in an house on water was super fun! Great location. The only negative was we had a glitch with the fire detector going off intermittently and it couldn’t be fixed over holiday weekend. Onsite staff and the owner were highly responsive.

Highly Recommend!!!

This is probably one of the best vacation rental experiences I have ever had. On our way down the host alerted us to a change in parking due to President Biden being in town. The houseboat is fully stocked with everything you need. We really enjoyed sitting on the upstairs deck, taking in the beautiful views of the water. We were attending a concert at Live Oak Pavilion which was just a short walk away. So convenient to great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend The Basics on Front St. for breakfast! Overall a great experience!!!
