Welcome to Vita Nova; a beautiful home nestled between French Lick and Patoka Lake. The home boats stunning views in a secluded area with room for up to 14 guests. Vita Nova overlooks a beautiful pond that many animals call home. Feel free to sit by the lake and enjoy the firepit in the evening or just walk some of the many trails on the 30 acres of private wooded wonderland. Inside the home includes a dedicated workspace, a fully stocked kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a Blackstone griddle on the back deck and breathtaking views everywhere you turn! We are only .5 miles from Painter Creek Boat ramp at beautiful Patoka Lake and only 8 miles to downtown French Lick!

This house is great for larger groups! We had 2 families with 7 kids total and there was plenty of room for everyone . I think it should be noted that there is actually 3 rooms. Upstairs there are two rooms with queen beds and 2 twin beds in each of those rooms. The kids rated the twin beds 1,000 stars. The house was stocked with all our needs! We had a great time! Would recommend to anyone searching in this area! We enjoyed a quick trip down the road to Wilmstem wildlife park and this is a must see adventure !!

Vita Nova is a fantastic home with fantastic owners! The house was more than big enough to accommodate our group of 10. Evenings around the fire pit were a highlight, as was the large open floor plan of the home for enjoying the day. There were tons of sleeping options, so everyone had space to settle in each night. We would definitely come back for a future stay!

A beautiful home

The hosts were great at responding to any questions we had. The property is so serene and the home is beautiful! Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. Was so nice to cook s’mores over a campfire and fish in the pond. Loved the playroom for the kids! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

This house was beautiful. The bunk room beds were a little short for my 6' tall grandchildren.The house had everything we needed.The living room windows need to be shaded from 5-8. Overall I would recommend this house to anyone.

Amazing home located very close to French Lick. We came for Christmas activities and the polar express. House is massive and we had plenty of room. Planned to have 8 adults and 4 kids but we had some folks not able to join us, so we ended with just 5 adults 2 kids. We easily could've had more than we planned. Excellent space for large groups. Very kid friendly as well, there's a whole toy room loft situation which the kids loved. The property also came with a pack n play and bumbo chair. We brought our own but it was a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were staples left behind by past guests that came in handy also.

Great stay at Vita Nova

Beautiful location.. Nice and peaceful. Property listed as 5 bedrooms when in actuality it's 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms with the queen bed ahould be listed as bedroom with 3 beds. You had to walk through the bedroom to get out . Some of the girls would have preferred self envlosed rooms. All in alll though we had a great stay.of us
