The layout of the unit is good. The balcony glass needed cleaning and the walls could use a paint job. There was also a loud banging sound from above that was annoying at times including at bed time that sounded like an unbalanced washing machine in the spin cycle. Other than that it was great!

Return to Victoria Park

Hadn't been back to Calgary for 17 years, wanted something Central with a view. Victoria Park is where my grandparents raised their family in the 1920's and beyond, so it seemed a great fit - and it was. WONDERUL view to the South. Very modern minimalist design. I am a chef and like to cook and most of the tools I needed were there. Most importantly, it had a great shower with good pressure and lots of hot water, PLUS a very comfy bed. I would do it again. CHEERS! Nostalgic is Seattle
