I traveled alone and was a bit anxious, but that was relieved as soon as I walked in. I was impressed by how nice this unit is, especially considering the reasonable price and the prime location in the heart of South Beach. Very appealing restaurants and shops were within a block or two in any direction. The beach is just across the street. While my unit didn’t have a view of anything but the condos next door, just a few feet outside is a large open patio with comfortable seating and a lovely ocean view. I never found it to be crowded. I was born quite a few years before the internet, and had a bit of trouble with the registration process. But by after a quick email, I got a response very quickly. Those of you who can’t conceive of a world without computers should have no problem at all. I came to visit a dear friend who is quite ill, and hope to return in a month or so. I would be delighted if I’m able to rent this condo again. The interior was clean and everything was as advertised. Bring your own coffee and refreshments. The appliances work well, and again EVERYTHING was so clean!
