Beautiful unique place in an excellent location

This is one of the more unique properties I’ve stayed at. It was very relaxing and a great location, just minutes from the Wilmington airport. Highly recommend for couples wanting a quiet and relaxing getaway.

My stay at The Cove Riverwalk Villas was nothing short of spectacular. The boathouses elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Very friendly staff there to help and answer any questions. The check-in and checkout process, was very convenient. The Cove Riverwalk Villas has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area. 5 star

Coastal vibes

Very clean and tranquil. Did not even know I was on the houseboat. More like a townhome. Well start with anything needed.

The Cove May 2024

My wife and I had a n excellent time at The Cove --- we didn't want to leave. Communications with unit manager were excellent and timely, thanks! The accommodations are perfect, everything you need is right there. The houseboat is spacious and very comfortable with two large seating areas to lounge and two decks to enjoy. The upper deck is large and provides great sights of the Cape Fear River. Direct access to the Riverwalk is awesome --- you can wlak to anywhere in the Wilmington Historic District. Will definitely be back, likely this Fall!
