Every bedroom has storage for guests who are seeking a longer stay along with an AC and TV in each room. The public boat ramp is directly down the street to make for an easy, stress-free weekend. *No garage access.

Do not enter the garage or office on property. The rental is for the manufactured home only. Do not park in front of the garage.

For winter months, please use the heaters on the mini splits for heating. Do NOT use the central air heating system.

Do not start the back-up generator. If the power is out, let us know and we can send someone to turn it on.
