9-night stay - price reflects area

Unit was a converted area of a commercial building. We would have preferred a solid apartment door, but that said, the unit was clean and quiet, well air-conditioned and the beds were comfortable, The surrounding neighborhood was questionable and we opted to drive 10-15 minutes for better dinner options. Not an attractive place for a family or women traveling alone, but father and son stayed 9 nights for a baseball tournament and were pleased with the property manager and price.
