Welcome to Florida!! We have put lots of love to make this home the best version of what we would want to have in a vacation home. The home is completely updated and centrally located to allow you to enjoy multiple beaches during your vacation. It is only, 8-minute drive to Pier 60 Park, 13 minutes to Sand Key Park, and many other attractions. The city is loaded with restaurants and bars for fantastic food and unforgettable memories.
This place has everything to make you feel at home but with the convenience of many beaches and attractions all nearby! Outside the neighborhood (minutes away); you will find Publix (grocery store), Walmart, Starbucks, fast food restaurants, Target, and many other stores. The home is equipped with a gas grill (Gas tank provided) and lounge chairs, to sit and have your morning coffee as you relax in the sunshine state of Florida!!

Getting around the neighborhood is quite convenient with several options available. Public transportation is accessible, with bus stops located nearby, making it easy to explore Clearwater’s attractions. For those who prefer driving, there is ample free parking available, both in the driveway (maximum of 4 cars) and in the vicinity of the vacation rental. Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, offering another flexible and convenient mode of transportation.
We're huge fans of furry companions! Bring along your beloved dog for an extra fee of $100 per each dog, which is non-refundable. Have more than one four-legged friend? Just give us a heads-up, and we'll do everything we can to make your stay as paws-itively perfect as possible! Keep in mind that there will be an additional charge of $100 for each additional dog if approved. And to keep things neat, please remember not to let them on the furniture. Don't worry, we've got you covered with dedicated bowls for your furry friends and towels for any paw prints.

SELF CHECK-IN: This is a self-check-in property. The Host will provide you with a code to access the property and for you to use our electronic keypad. By certifying that you are willing and able to follow the instructions provided via the House Manual or Check-In Guide, you agree to abide by the rules.
PROPERTY CONDITION:
If you notice something unsuitable upon arrival, please take a picture and let us know. By addressing this complaint to either the Host or the Booking Site, you authorize us to enter the property and resolve the issue up to your standards. We do not need permission to access the property if there is something unsuitable that requires remedy.
The guest is not permitted to reorganize, move, or replace any furniture or decorations within the property.
Bringing new furniture into the property is not allowed.
If any damage or missing items are discovered after the guest's departure, the guest agrees to cover 100% of the invoiced amount for repairs due to damages or missing items, plus $50/hr for staff hours.
OCCUPANCY & GUESTS:
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old unless they are military personnel, in which case proof of military status is required.
The guest making the reservation must be an occupant of the Property.
Government ID of the primary guest will be required upon booking. A photo can be sent to the Host via the inbox through the booking site platform.
All guests must be declared upon booking.
The Occupancy Limit in this Property is 6 people. There will be an additional fee of $150 per person per day if exceeding the occupancy limit.
Guests must have a valid phone number (No "virtual" phone numbers or similar will be accepted). The phone number can be sent to the Host via the inbox through the booking site platform.
Local guests must communicate with the Host prior to check-in.
CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Earlier check-in may be allowed on a case-by-case scenario, and can be as early as 10AM. Make your request directly with the Host. If approved, there is an additional "early check-in" fee of $100. If early check-in hasn’t been approved, the Guest(s) shall not enter the property while cleaners are still at work, due to safety concerns.
CHECK OUT: Anytime Before 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
Late check-out may be allowed on a case-by-case scenario. Make your request directly with the Host in advance. If approved, there is an additional "late check-out" fee of $100, and the latest check-out time will be no later than 4 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Unauthorized late check-out: There will be a $50 late check-out fee. If the Guest continues to hold the property and stays 2 hours past check-out time, there will be an additional fee of $200 plus any refunds given to the next check-in Guest due to the inability to access the Property. This is not an award to the Guest for staying the duration of the day; this is a penalty for holding possession of the property for an unauthorized late check-out. If the Guest continues to hold the property, a premium daily rate in the amount of $500 per day applies for each day that the Guest doesn’t move out, starting from the original Check-Out date.
Additionally, the Guest will incur costs for evicting the Guest, including but not limited to legal fees and any other fees associated with the eviction process.
OWNER’S CLOSET: Inside the property, there will be an "owner’s closet" that will be kept locked at all times. Please do not attempt to access it.
FIREPIT: Host does not supply any logs for the firepit. Feel free to use the firepit at your own risk. Please ensure that the fire is never left unattended.
OUTDOOR SWING/PLAYGROUND/GAMES: Use at your own risk. Do not leave children unattended.
REFUND POLICY:
Travel insurance is recommended, as there is a strict NO refund policy.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, including those due to health conditions, weather conditions, water conditions (such as cold water or red tide), transportation issues, road conditions, or any other unforeseeable event or act of god not under Host’s control.
Changing your booking date may not be possible or allowed. However, if allowed by the owner, booking date changes will be subject to a $50 charge for each date change. Differences in rates due to date changes will not be refunded; if rates are higher, the guest will be charged.
Travel insurance is especially recommended if your stay coincides with Florida's hurricane season, which occurs annually from June 1 through November 30.
OVER 28 DAYS BOOKINGS: The rate includes deep cleaning of the property every 2 weeks. The guest shall make the property accessible for the cleaning team.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY: The Host or its representatives may enter the Property as reasonably necessary to inspect and service it.
VEHICLES AND PARKING: A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed on the property. Vehicles must be parked in the driveway and/or designated parking areas provided by the Host. Street parking is not allowed, and vehicles must not block neighbors' driveways. The Host is not liable for any vehicles that are towed due to not parking in the designated areas.
Large motor vehicles such as boats, RVs, trailers, or similar vehicles are not permitted.
ANIMALS/PETS:
There is an additional non-refundable fee of $100 per dog. Dogs must be placed in their cage if left alone on the property. Additionally, to maintain cleanliness, dogs are not allowed on furniture, including but not limited to sofas and beds, and guests must pick up after their dog.
Service Animals: Service animals, as defined by §413.08, Fla. Stat. (2022), including animals in training, require a written request at the time of reservation. No documentation is required, but any person who knowingly misrepresents themselves as being qualified to use an ESA or service animal commits a 2nd-degree misdemeanor, punishable pursuant to 775.082 & 775.083, Fla. Stat. (2022).
Guests must have proper insurance for the dog and hold the host and their employees harmless for any misconduct or misbehavior of the dog. The host reserves the right to remove any animal for inappropriate behavior.
There will be a $500 fee for any unauthorized animals.
No other animals are permitted.
WILDLIFE: Wildlife is present in the area. Guests shall not leave kids or pets unsupervised at any time and will keep windows and doors closed to prevent any unwelcome intrusions. Leaving doors and windows open unattended is not permitted.
AIR CONDITIONING: Setting the air conditioning below 70 degrees or heat above 78 degrees or leaving doors and/or windows open for extended periods is not allowed. During the peak summer season, outside temperatures can get very hot and humid, and running the AC below 70 degrees for prolonged periods
