We stayed at this property for the last 3 weeks in March and found it to be very relaxing and pretty much as advertised. It's in a residential neighborhood and close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's not close to beaches but we found some great beaches within a 10 to 15 minute drive at Indian Rock, Sand Key and Dunedin. We were there during spring break and the beaches were busy.
For relaxing outdoor, the front porch is OK, but the real gem is the back yard and patio. It's really very nice and private, and shaded by a large live oak.
The house is really well stocked with everything you would need, especially the kitchen. We had one minor problem when the microwave stopped working but the property manager Melissa had it replaced with a new one the same day. The only minor annoyance we had was that we had to park our car under a large live oak tree that constantly dropped leaves, seeds, etc. that necessitated us going to a self spray car wash to wash the stuff off every other day. I don't know if this just happens in the spring or all year with live oaks.
If we were coming back to the Clearwater-Largo area, we would definitely consider coming back to this property. We had a wonderful time there.
