The house was very clean, the fenced yard and pool area was such a plus, allowing our pup to run around. I really appreciated the hosts pre-trip message which outlined supplies provided, which allowed me to pack accordingly. The queen beds were comfortable, the king was a bit too firm for me, but that is just preference. All in all a great Christmas!

The pictures do not do this house justice. We loved staying here and the pool was great. The neighborhood is quiet, everything you need is “right around the corner” and the beach is 12 min away.

Very nice pool. Cage needs a broom taken to it to get all the spiders and webs down. Quiet neighborhood. Bathrooms walls need some work. Wood floors need to be mopped after each check out. My feet were black after arrival from the dirt. Also black mold around the ceiling vent in the kitchen. Centrally located to Clearwater and St. Pete.

Great for Families

This is a great rental for families. There's two living room/tv spaces so our kids could have one and we could have the other. Of course the pool area was awesome too. No complaints! Would stay again.

Fun Florida Stay

Spent 4 weeks at the Rock to Beach Home. Very nice house, spacious and comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood and great location. Only 10-15 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and many great restaurants. You are also very close to Clearwater and St. Pete. House has a well-appointed kitchen, plenty of towels etc..Had a bathroom issue, property management was very responsive. Overall, very nice stay.

Well appointed, good space

Overall a well situated and organized house in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to TD ballpark and several beaches. Decent amenities close by. The house felt like it needed a more thorough clean when we arrived. I would also say that most linens (towels, kitchen towels, sheets, decorative pillows) need to be replaced as several are pilled/stained/worn. That’s my only area for improvement.Overall a decent stay, nice pool and lots of space!

Cute house!

The owner of this vacation unit did a great job of keeping the place comfortable for guests. Other than a few minor things, we had a wonderful stay. Our kids loved the pool so much! Our 6 year old learned how to swim there so it was a memorable trip. My biggest complaint was that I needed a laundry basket especially when the laundry room is not inside the house.

Great vacation home!

My family and I had a great time with our stay in this lovely home. The pool was refreshing, the board games were fun and the location was perfect. We specifically stayed at this home for the convenient location to Largo and Pinellas Park where we have family members living so it was very easy to get together with them. Restaurants, shopping and the beach were about a 20 minute drive away or even closer and TPA was about a 40 minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet, nice and we felt very comfortable staying here. There are 5 televisions throughout the home with cable and streaming available. Central a/c throughout the main portion of the home and a very efficient system for the family room. When we had to contact the owners they responded quickly. I will definitely look to book here again in the future!

Use caution when booking

This property listing is very misleading. It looks like a beautiful home online. Unfortunately after a 13 hour drive and arriving late in the evening, we arrived to find a house that was somewhat dirty, infested with roaches and black mold as well as a tarp over the roof from a tree apparently falling through the roof prior to our check in. Instead of letting us know this happened they decided just to cover with a tarp. The property manager was responsive but very unhelpful. They could not provide any documentation showing the structure was safe to be in despite a large crack in the ceiling over the master bedroom. They did offer to send pest control to spray however by this time we had already left the property. We left with in 24 hours of arrival due to the condition of the property. The roof and property are now fully back to normal. As you know, a severe wind and rain storm swept through the area during your stay. While Mother Nature can be unpredictable, we responded quickly and handled the roof leak as fast as possible. We acknowledge the inconvenience caused by that storm related leak and understand your frustration. However, the additional claims in your review are simply not true. It’s disappointing when someone tries to exaggerate or invent issues to cause harm when the only real problem was weather something outside anyone’s control. Fortunately, our many other reviews reflect the real experience at this home and speak for themselves.

FLYING ROACHES!!!!This place was just one thing after another, and I don't even know if i can fit or remember everything to put in here. There were roaches the size of my small dog, spiders EVERYWHERE like they have never swept/dusted there, the walls were dirty, the house was dirty, there was a frog skeleton in the shower window, ants, rat droppings on the bed, etc. There was mold in the bathroom, they patched the ceiling from a leak but was cheaply done, and there was a tarp on the roof. They had scotch tape HOLDING UP THE WINDOWS. They had people come out to the beach house early in the morning when everyone was sleeping WITHOUT NOTICE. I called and let them know and the middle person didn't even know that there were people coming out because the owner wasn't communicating AT ALL. They assured me that people wouldn't be coming out again for a few days, and the owner had someone come out a few hours later, again WITHOUT notice, and without notifying the middle person once again. The owner told the roofer to come out and look because they looked on the camera and saw that our vehicles were gone, but people were still in the house, and my sister was out laying by the pool in her BATHING SUIT, and a random man was just on the roof. It was a complete INVASION of PRIVACY, and they tried to keep us quiet and happy with a dinner cruise (which they intended to have the people come out and in the house while we were gone, which we told them we were NOT okay with multiple times).

The only valid issue was a roof leak from a severe storm, which we fixed immediately. All other claims are fabricated and appear tied to a refund demand. The property is professionally cleaned and maintained, and guest privacy is always respected.
