The pool can be heated (optional) for a $20.00 nightly fee or free with a minimum 6-night stay. Enjoy our 4-person hot tub completely free. Also, at no cost, 4 beach chairs, a cooler, an over-the-shoulder cooler, two beach umbrellas and a small Bluetooth speaker (A $50.00 charge will be assessed for each broken or missing beach item used by guests. Please check beach items at your earliest convenience prior to use and notify the host of any beach items already damaged promptly). Note: For added security, there are two surveillance cameras outside of the home capable of recording and picking up sound. One over the garage monitoring the driveway; the other facing the entrance door. There are no cameras and/or listening devices inside the home or pool/patio area.
