Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place the key on Lockbox, You can lock the door from inside and place the lockbox on the door as you found it when checking in.
Set A/C to 76 and turn off all the lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Under Condo Assoc. rules. Must pass background check and minimum Score Credit of 650.
Must be approved by Assoc. after applying online. The application fee will be refunded during the stay. Refer to Rental agreement tab for details.
No Underage drinking, No Drugs, No parties and No loud music is Allowed. Only registered guests can stay at the property and Must Comply with rules.

We really appreciated the attention to detail: plush towels, soft sheets, rocker chairs for suiting by the river and the beach. The host was great at communicating with us and provided us with valuable information on restaurants and places of interest to visit.

Our stay in paradise

We were so pleased with the condo. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located for our needs. Beautifully furnished (the bed had the softest sheets and was so comfy) and well stocked with everything we needed including a welcome bottle of Prosecco that we enjoyed while relaxing just outside the sliders as the boats went past. Nora and her husband were very helpful and came to set up the paddle board for us. It was one of our most relaxing vacations ever.

Our condo is in a privileged location with a canal in the back that takes you into the Intracoastal waterway. Within minutes you are closed to great beaches like Singer Island, shopping venues like The Gardens Mall, fine restaurants, fishing and great diving as well, just to mention a few attractions.

What makes this property unique

The direct access to the water combined with the tranquility of the place, makes your stay unforgettable! Under Condominium Association Rules that must be followed by Registered guests. Not Suitable for kids.
